2 Babes, 1 Dude & a B-Day Celebration

Birthdays, Birthdays, Birthdays..... Don't you just love them. It's a time of celebration for the Birthday Boy or Girl; congratulating them for another year of maturity, wisdom & knowledge.

*Ahem... Enough said of my Shakespearean banter. It's also another joyous time to totally indulge yourself in the cravings of Birthday Party food and companionship's with your buddies OR free booze and a naked stripper on a pole.

Hmmmm.......how I wished it was the latter.

In last weekend story, we (the gym gang) celebrated a rather "unique" birthday party for not 1, not 2 but 3 birthday people!

Hey. Isn't the more the merrier?

How it actually look when we attacked the food.

Birthday celebration started with dinner at the "FarmLand" or was it "FarmBest" Porridge Steamboat at Subang. Yup. You read it correctly. Steamboat Porridge. Just like every household steamboat would look like but instead of soup; you will be boiling and dipping your raw food into overcooked rice with water. Sounds strange? Strange not when you have your first taste of it. It's delightfully heavenly especially if it so happens to rain at the same time.

Of course there is still a choice of opting for either the plain soup or Tom Yam Soup (which we had) but I highly recommend the porridge if you want to try something new. Prices are a little steep but guarantees a filling stomach.

Next up, was a coffee session at Leo's Taipan. It's strange for some people but eating from one place to another seems like a hobby for Malaysians. *sigh*....so good being a Malaysian. Where food indulging is not a sin but a hobby. Behold, cause what my statement says carries responsibility too. So eat responsibly.

We got a cake for the birthday people but I added a little twist... With some photos, a printer, some black card, glue & some crazy imagination; you can come up with some of the most hilarious but practical things.

First up was VICTIM NO.1. Birthday Girl Wan Neng celebrates her "20 something" with a personalised picture of her; sticking out of the cake. "Hey look! Its WN and mini -WN"

Victim No. 2 is Birthday Boy, KC who also celebrates his "20 something" birthday. The boy is cute and charming but unfortunately unavailable. Believe it or not; he is married.

Last but not least is VICTIM NO.3; Ms. Karen C.C.M. ; whose picture is the biggest of all (intended to be) , stood out as the biggest surprise. To live up to her latest nickname as Pamela; what better way but to turn our pretty "30-something but looks like 19" girl as a Baywatch Beauty. Shall I proposed the pics for FHM or Playboy? You decide la...

And finally when all laughter has subsided, put all the pics back into the cake and do the Birthday group shot.

OK...the laughter still hasn't ended. Still laughing over the pics. Incredibly priceless...

The were so many camera flashes, we felt that we were like the paparazzi! Karen had not received so much attention like this before. All three were overwhelmed but the "glamorous" life is tiring. After 5 minutes of constant flashing and posing, Karen concluded that a celebrity life is way too boring and waaaaaay too much attention needed to be utterly bored. ... Ahem....it was only 5 minutes?

Here is Karen with her latest birthday present. We presented to her a pair of bling-blings earrings. A smile of happiness or a grin of the tired posing?

KC also was presented with a Birthday gift. Clarah, his wife is more eager to know what is it inside. It was a Reebok shirt.

A quick pose with another celebrity of the day, Wan Neng. I should have made more of the little pop ups. They look incredibly adorable. "Come vote Wan Neng~!"

Celebrity Karen with Adrian pose for a shot. Cute.....

And to end the day, a nice group shot for memories.

So who's birthday is coming next? I need a logical excuse for food.
